Your data is yours alone. We can’t read it from our servers, which is exactly why we can’t reset a master password we never hold. Your 24-word recovery key is the proof: enter it with your email to unlock your data and set a new password, on any device, even signed out. Your saved computations are never touched.
Remembered it? Back to sign in. No key and no password? Your encrypted data stays sealed, by design, because only you can unlock it.
